They usually call or could possibly email too. They might also choose not to contact the employer provided they are fully satisfied with the reference letter. It's all at the discretion of the officer.

Dec 08 oinp inland waiting. I see Oct pnps have started receiving pprs. I am assuming we are in for some wait. Being outland depending on the LVO can have different timelines. For inland, it seems they have started processing Oct applicants now.

Don't worry about the ecas status guys . I don't think any of us December applicants have that yet. Their services have been down lately and ecas can take some time to kick in. Merry Christmas/happy new year everyone!

Regarding work reference letter, are we required to peovide the reference letter from all of the employers in the past 10 years regardless of the NOC or just relevant work experience (NOC 0,A or B)?
