It's a minimum of 30 hours per week. The acknowledgment of total work experience is not affected by additional work hours per week. As per your example, even working 60 hours a week for 6 months will count only as 6 months.

I don't think you would be able to do that. It's difficult enough for those who have sent documents to WES to contact them for delays. Might as well post information about your certificate and perhaps one of us could help and answer.

WES does not consider any distance or correspondence education courses valid for assessment. You can try for a proper Masters degree if you want to or increase your work experience. You can also try applying to Canadian universities and go there as a student.
