I got it exactly after a week.

As long as the work experience period is enough for a favourable CRS you can include just that. Also, I don't think similar wording should cause a problem as long as your title and duties actually match, and that they are verifiable in a later background check.

I haven't seen it mentioned so far that one's degree and profession should be related. Should be fine!

You have to improve your IELTS score. It certainly makes a lot of difference! Have you tried putting a higher score (around 8) in your CRS calculator? Do give IELTS another try if you see a significant change in the calculation. There is no other easy way to increase your CRS score. Good luck!

Any kind of distance course is not considered valid by WES.

WES does not recognize distance or part-time courses so unfortunately, they aren't valid!

You can expect only a maximum of an increase of 0.5 in your writing score upon re-evaluation. If that doesn't help your case, consider writing the exam again instead!
