Reference letter, need phone number to be updated

That is not a problem; I also had to do that. CIC will add it to you file as soon as the email is received. The gcms notes that were sent to me proved that. They did not even end up calling so it was unnecessary.

How does VO determine whether 1 year is completed or not ??

I also lost a few of my pay stubs also. The most important piece of document is your reference letter. T4, Noa, and paystubs are used as a check if there are any doubts. I also worked 50 hours a week on several occasions at my last job but my reference letter stated 40 hours a week. Hence, CIC...

Same reference letter for two employees, is that ok?

it doesnt matter actually whether your experience was gained on pgwp. If you are working full time and studying, your experience will not count towards CEC. I know this because I almost fell into that trap

Lawyer asked more money to make case more strong although ECAS IS in process

He/she is definitely free to exercise his/her right to free speech. Anyone with half a brain knows that the lawyer is greedy beyond reason.

Refused Claiming no communication on e-medical

This may sound harsh but its not the fault of the visa officer. One email on you part could have solved this a long time ago. Dont waste money on a lawyer, learn from your mistake and reapply

    Missing a letter of employer

I feel like employees should be able to sue companies for this. This lackadaisical attitude on the path of the employers is so annoying. One spend years making the company money and they wont give you just a piece of paper that is not gonna hurt anyone. Its not like you're asking for a raise.

    August 2013 Applications

Re: August 2013 Applications You need to speak to the person who spoke to CIC ASAP and have him write you a letter stating otherwise with documented proof. If not i am afraid to tell you that CIC will not buy your story and paying a lawyer is a waste of money. Why would your letter state...
