Well Looks like I got my wish of something exciting for July Destinyjam got AOR but can we have something exciting from Kingston please!

I'm from April applicant but I can help since we aren't many from Quebec, I received mine last month and called CIC and no they do not require a copy, but after reading the letter it says some offices may require it. My suggestion to you is to call and see if your office requires a copy.

Mine said in "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check." even before AOR2, does yours say that or just In progress?

My ECAS was in process from AOR1 which was may 25th and my file was transferred AOR2 July 11th ECAS still says in process. What I've noticed is it's best just to wait for the emails and confide in what the emails tell us.

From the look of the spread sheet two months to be contacted for the interview but the ugly is the 5 months till the interview date from whats been seen. My view knowing the date is better then nothing

LOL it fooled me too for a minute, I believe they are saying it's a 12 step process as well as 12 months for processing cause if you look the first 4 steps is our time not processing. Sorry but just rather look on the realistic side but I very much like your thinking :)
