Looking at the London VO spreadsheet it looks somewhere between 4-7 months. There have been a lot of COPR's granted within about 4 months. I am also going through London and am hoping that sometime towards the end of October I may have news. Wow Sponsor approval took so long for you. Sorry.

As far as I am aware visa exempt countries will not require a visa, just their COPR. Those that do require a visa will have had passport request during their 2nd stage application period. Therefore once you get to the Canadian border to land the people who are visa exempt will be fine and those...
