she can try 3 different options.

1) She can write to CIC and inform them that way with case ref I.D's

2) She can E-mail CIC and inform them that way (Probably not the best way)

3) Once you have ECAS you can manually update your address by logging in using your client I.D (probably the best way if you have ECAS)

We tried to change our address many ways. Firstly, we did it online and it never changed. I called them as they still had the same address, I then changed again (It has been a month since I changed it online). Even though I changed it on the phone, it was not updated on ecas until a long time. I also sent them a copy of our current lease just in case. You are better off calling them. I also received mail from them on my old address... you don't want that to happen.

The problem was I called many times to CIC Call Center about 1 month and always busy.... :eek:
