Not sure how busy your schedule is but learning French is a possibility. You could then receive the PT NOI from Ontario.

Anyone can make a mistake. And I understand your dilemma right now because scores will likely remain high in the next few draws... we don't know for sure yet. If you are absolutely sure your score will not change, you could still apply and include a letter of explanation.

Should passports and IDs be translated as well? What if my passport is in frenck but I have entry stamps to other countries in different languages?
