Sorry the confusion guys. When I was applying for SINP, they did asked for the copies of the federal forms. As I did not know what to do I called SINP. And they said to me to do this way. Put the wife as a applicant on the second form and she signs. Hope helps and I am waiting the BEST for ALL...
