In the current situation, is it better to apply for SOWP directly for my wife or first apply for tourist VISA and then apply for SOWP while in Canada?

How many days to get PPR after Biometrics in India SDS?

I have AIP from India. My wife is in US on H1B. I have not yet given biometrics, still waiting for an appointment. Can I apply SOWP for my wife before I get a complete VISA?

Can I give my biometrics in India and get Passport requested in the US? Do I have to make any changes in the application? How to notify IRCC that I travelled to the US? Or Can I travel to the US and give my biometrics there. If I do my biometrics in the US, do I automatically get PPR from the US?

I saw many other cases like this. Can they access our biometric details from our passport? Since during passport we already would have given biometrics.

The Barcode on both AIP letters and Refusal letters are same. Hence it is the same application. Please order GCMS notes and tell us what your friend found out.
