Actually I have applied and received recently the PCC for US---It takes 3-4months to receive You can submit profile online express entry and later can upload once u get PCC.

My timeline details:(AINP-PR inland paper based) Documents sent: Feb 8, 2018 Documents received: Feb 10, 2018 AOR received: Mar 8, 2018 still waiting for updates from CIC...... Is anyone got medicals or any updates from CIC who applied during this timeline? pls, let me know.

yes,you can apply for PR as your spouse is already a PR holder. Usually, its is better to apply for whole family at once in most cases.
