how long does US police certificate processing take

Hi All,

I need to obtain a police certificate for the US. Anywhere with ideas on how long processing take please?

Also, can I submit my CEC application and then send my police certificate later?

Actually I have applied and received recently the PCC for US---It takes 3-4months to receive You can submit profile online express entry and later can upload once u get PCC.

yes.Might be the processing times would be less as I have applied from Canada.

I recently did it and if you do it electronically it only takes a few days( after they receive the fingerprint card)

you can check that link. I believe this electronic option only started earlier this year. They will send you an email with the pcc and then send out a copy via post.
