No need for notarization. Many of the people here already got their PERs and who submitted photocopies only. Same case here.

As long as you've submitted your documents within 2014, it will be reviewed per 2014 FSW Requirements. Even if they will assess your qualifications by early 2015, your application will not be affected by the 2015 Express Entry because they committed in their publication that 2014 FSW & 2015...

I'm not sure about the photocopy but I also have misspelled names based on the submitted birth certificates of my mother and uncle (ADAPTABILITY FACTOR). Para sigurado kasi tutal magkano lang naman yung notarized affidavit (lalo na pag kilala), nilagay ko na din ;D

I couldn't agree more. Its really possible that a simple screening on payments (other than important considerations) may slightly decrease their pending applications for processing.

transcripts yung schools ang nagpadala. yung photocopied diplomas ko naman ako nagpadala. pero segurista lang din nun kaya nagpa-certify ako sakanila nung photocopied diplomas ko ;)
