It could be. Knowing that there's a high demand for their evaluation nowadays. When I got mine back in February 2014, they initially mentioned that I will be receiving the results within 2 weeks. However, probably due to lean season of evaluation during that time, I got mine within 5 days.

For me, it's better to call or email them.There's nothing to lose when you ask.

It depends on your testing site. However, I got a different date for my speaking test.

by the way, if you'll check the trending of FSW applicants, the CIO does not skip dates. They process on a first in-first out basis

I'm a May 30 applicant and still waiting. Check the other threads and you'll see the PERs are coming from May 7-12 applicants while CC charges are done from May 13-14 applicants. Let's have more patience ;D
