my CSQ is in process, yet why is the option to update profile still active? This option to update profile was disabled as soon as the application was in status "processing". Has anything changed recently due to COVID?

I have done this comparative evaluation, but not for CSQ application. Comparative evaluation requires the same documents, as would be required during CSQ for educational validations. So, I don't think the evaluation is necessary for CSQ, but would definitely reduce the processing times.
