Hi, came across your signature and have some questions. Do you see updates about dependent's PR card status anywhere? In my case I can see its mailed for me in GCKey account, but my dependent's card shows "submitted", altough we both got our eCOPRs on the same day. Thanks.

Your signature says 3/4 PR card received. Just curious, did you receive all PR cards now? What caused the delay in the 4th card?

I called the same number but I guess I was lucky as the agent was kind enough to look through my PR Card application.

@Vlcbs @John0912 FYI. We all had similar eCOPR dates. I called IRCC and found that photo, address were approved and PR Card was mailed today. There is, however, no update in PR portal or GCKey account. Expecting my PR Card this Friday. I am sure it is the same case with you too.

I got a reminder too. Someone else got it too. This is strange. First email says “Pre-Email” and second says “Reminder”. Where did the actual email go then?

Double checking, do you use a gmail/yahoo etc or work email? Hope their email server does not reject replies from work email. I use my work email and I haven't sent email to IRCC from it before this.

Same is my case. Got 1st email on 15th and reminder on 16th. Replied both times. Curious to know when would be getting the credentials.

Hi All, I received the first email about the portal and I replied back immediately. My dependent also got the same email but they didnt reply. Today we got the reminder email asking for the same details. Is this normal?
