In this case you probably need to call CIC to find out. Because in my case (I had TRV refusal) the UCI number is clearly written on my refusal letter.

Do you have a letter of refusal from CIC regarding your student visa? Your UCI number should be mentioned on it!

Guys, Is it ok not to mention spouse's foreign work experience in EE profile (for which no points are claimed)? In this case, we will not have to submit reference letter, right? And in case work experience is mentioned, still no points, but reference letter will be needed? Thank you!

No, 8 points for my husband's education. He did ECA. My IELTS is almost maximum, short of 3 points. I don't know yet whether to re-take it to reach the maximum.

But I think in EE profile we put direct IELTS results, not CLB equivalent. I have 9.0 in IELTS speaking, and I put it there. So if you can't put it there, maybe it's some glitch in the system.
