Do you mean that if a person had experience less than 1 year before the employment of 1 year and in the same NOC (to be eligible for fsw) he can't count it as cumulative to claim 50 points for transferability? Is there a rule somewhere that first job should be continuous and 1 year?

I have the same issue. There was no clear indicator, no designation while uploading docs. I will leave it as is. I guess it should be fine. It's not like we uploaded bank statement into employment section. Employment records are in employment section. When they will start examining the docs...

Guys, Do police certificate from previous countries of residence have validity and can they expire? My husband has police certificates dated March 2016 and August 2016, they both are issued AFTER he last lived in these countries. Is this ok?
