Only if it states on your wife's part (applicant) in process - then yes that would mean your approved and the file is transferred to visa office ( I call CIC and found this out and was told my file is not transferred yet it's still in Mississauga And as it stands we only have two lines each...

Congrats for receiving your AOR Your next step is basically just wait until they send your SA the same way they sent your AOR and once you receive your SA then the file is transferred to the visa office, next step after that is AOR2 - Your file will be in process Again congrats !!
