Write cic an email, stating your names ( Sponsor and PA), d day u sent your application and date it was received, signed by who and which courier. Tell them ur email was misspell and give the correct one or instruct them to correspond thru ur home address. should b fine.

You can also try logging in with your receipt number. Mayb it will work

Those of you who cannot access ECAS, you just hvae to wait a bit. It takes some time for them to update their online portal. I was only able to access it a week after we got the SA

I am oct 26 applicant. I have received AOR on Dec 16 via email but cant access ecas using UCI. What I suggest you do is have your UCI and call CIC and they will tell you what is up to your file.

I got home today and there was a letter from Citizen and Immigration Canada! Open it up and it's confirmation that I met the requirements as a sponsor and the application for permanent residence has been sent to CPC-Ottawa!!!

I was getting worried since I provided my email. BUT got snailmail instead. All good. Phew!!!

I start to get worried but I am calling after 90 days because they are going to tell you that the process time for SA is 90 days. What province are you applying for?

We just have to follow the waiting game

I don't even have AOR. How can they say its 90 days when their website says 64 days? I don't get that. It's British Columbia. Does the province make a difference?

Processing times were updated to 60 days for outland now. So now that I exceed the time I've filed with CIC since I still have nothing. Is there a phone # I can call?

Congrats for receiving your AOR

Your next step is basically just wait until they send your SA the same way they sent your AOR and once you receive your SA then the file is transferred to the visa office, next step after that is AOR2 - Your file will be in process

The only number I have is 1888 242 2100 and maybe they can re-direct you

I'm Quebec applicant also, you have to wait until you got SA and then you'll have to send CSQ paperwork to quebec MIDI
