Thanks Wakki. Can we submit the open work permit and sponsorship now and by mid December request extension of student visa. Secondly can she continue to study with implied status or should we request extension of student visa in spite having implied status.

In fact she is registered as local student as i was able to prove to the college that we are legally married and I had a PR. Thats why we are a bit trapped between OHIP and UHIP. Currently i have taken an insurance cover but it does not cover everything. Thanks for help. Regards Kam
