Can you not apply for GCMS yourself? You will NOT be contacting IRCC technically. I'm assuming you are in Canada.

RPRF request would mean that your Eligibility is atleast marked as recommended pass, and you are right; the only update you'd get on your account after Bio complete is when your application gets approved.

Yeah. In India, VFS centres are closed for Biometrics collection currently for EE PR. Hopefully they would open some time soon or perhaps early next year.

There aren't any available open slots in Nepal as well. I guess, we just have to wait for VFS India to start collecting Bio for EE PR.

What did you put in the webform to get this response?

It depends, they may give you PCC at the same time as well (I got mine at the same time), but my wife got it after a month or so via Indian post because PSKs were closed due to covid and they started sending out PCCs via Indian Post. Since now they have started taking PCC appointments at PSKs...
