Are we getting the GCMS notes within 30 days or is it mostly getting delayed now?

Criminality should still be in Progress since I'm yet to provide my Bio as VFS centres are still closed. But I have ordered another set of gcms notes today just to see my security status. GCMS notes was the only option for me since I have been receiving generic response for the web forms.

I had order GCMS notes earlier and I didn't see any officer notes (Only Analyst and program assistant notes) but on the 2nd page I see that the Eligibility has been marked as Passed. I'm confused as to if officer forgot to put in his notes by the time gcms notes were generated mid last month...

@legalfalcon Hoping if you could answer this? Could eligibility be directly passed by analyst without any officer review? Is that possible at all?

Several months have gone by as VFS centres are closed in India. VFS centres have started opening up in phases but it will take a long time for the PR applicants under non-family category to start. Trying to have patience since last 4 months just to give biometrics.

What was the additional document requested from you?

It looks like it. I think, we must see **Officer's Notes** to conclusively pass eligibility, until then it will be recommended passed. Either way it is a good sign. 99% of the time, officers stays with the recommended opinion. When did your notes get generated? Look at the page footer to see...

This usually means that your eligibility has been recommended passed. Definitely a good sign. You could order GCMS notes to know your detailed application progress.

I have been waiting for VFS to open for biometrics collection for 2 months now post eligibility passed/recommended passed.

Question - As you mentioned that your country of residence is USA, how were you able to call IRCC?

I did this in my last web form to IRCC and they just replied as: "We verified the information you provided and can confirm that the application is still in process. All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment." I guess some agents...
