Hi Seniors, I am 25th August applicant for NOC2173, What will happen to my application if NOC get capped before August, can you predict the approximate CAP date of NOC 2173, would my application be within the cap,

An information from reliable source that the CIC CAP updates is purely based on the completed Application, That means CIC only counts the completed application they have received as on the date, So this information might give us hope for a positive reply from CIC.
