I had given ielts on 2nd oct and received very poor score....just wanted to confirm that if I need minimum scores than what shall my scores be???
my qualification ppoints are as:-
age:-12
education:-21
experience:-13
spouse ielts(overall 8 L8.5 S7.5 R7 W 7) :- 5

Total:- 51 Required 67
Lacking :- 16
can any one suggest my score that will grant me 16?? at least please

W 6.0 L 6.0 S 6.0 R 6.0 16 points ( minimum 6 each module is a mandate and a solution for you as well) hope you get though good luck ;D ;D ;D

I am a June 18th applicant and received PER on October 17th. Visa office is London.

My passport is getting expired in November 2015. Do I need to renew my passport before getting MR request ? Can I renew it after MR request also. Till what stage, passport can be renewed ? How to inform VO if the passport is getting renewed ?

Kindly let me know your suggestions.

Dear Friends,

I have all the documents ready with me like ECA, IELTS result, Company reference letter, PCC etc. but I do not have a birth certificate. My 1st query is to know if there is any specific format for Affidavit in lieu of Birth Certificate. Is that acceptable??. As i kept waiting for getting birth certificate but due to shortage of time I was not able to arrange one and now it seems to me that I am too late to apply for NOC 2173. Can you please advise me how should I proceed further and apply at this point of time for NOC 2173 or Should I wait till January 2015 to get Express Entry launched. I am in a dilemma if someone could please advise what could be the best way ahead

Can any one tell me after how many days credit card can be charged for 150 CAD ?
Will this be International Transaction or national ?

go ahead and apply with your 10th std passing as bc... and by the time your application is processed get your bc done!

Hey I think you should be within the cap but its impossible to give 100 % confirmation.
Current CIC caps were updated on October 3rd ( I guess they would have included early July Application in that count)
So you should be pretty safe!
You can expect your payment enchashed by End of December as per the recent trend!!

Bro,

It depends on NDVO, however u may expect --it will be charged within a one-two month..

And the transaction is like RPRF which is intl. transaction for New Delhi (Thats what I know... )

If u get 6 in all 4(L,S,R and W), you get 16 point (ie is 4*4). just revise well and believe u will make it. try to strengthen ur weak areas and u will b fyne. A friend did it 3 times (L was his weakness) and he is now in canada (left in Aug dis yr).

U can renew ur PP at any stage....No need to take any tension for that....

After getting new PP u can send the scanned copy and request LVO to update ur new PP info on the file....

If you get IELTS score of 6 at each skill tested, i.e., listening, reading, speaking & writing, you will get 16 points at the immigration grid and as higher you get on IELTS as higher you get on the immigration grid.

Thank you shukan81 for your reply. Any idea if I can still register for Express Entry in Jan if I apply here in December and won't have an update for sometime after that ?

Yes U can apply for fsw14 and also for Express Entry, I think there is no problem with that....only thing you will have to file two different applications for both of program, also till now we do not know when is Express entry program going to start, so advise you to give a try for FSW 14....Best of Luck...
