Don't really have a format. Keep the letter simple, explaining that you have quit your job and what docs you have attached as proof.

Hello Seniors,

I left my job on 31st Oct. My company told me that I will get the Relieving letter in a day or two but they are saying that they cannot give me the FnF payslip right now. They said I will get FnF payslip by end of November.

I have to send these docs to NDVO. So can I just send my relieving letter to NDVO along with covering letter... and later when I get FnF payslip I will send that.

Can I do this.... PLease advice.... And should I mention about the delay of FnF payslip in the covering letter...

Syed you can submit your copy of your accepted resignation and relieving letter that would be sufficient at the moment, if required cic will request for more documentaion, but chances are least

I did not have Adobe instead I had Nitro as my PDf reader! and it changes the credit card number automatically when you save it on the payment form! and that's how my payment was not processed as I had the incorrect credit card number on my payment form!
So all those applicant who are paying through CC make sure you check your form even after printing to avoid this!
DD is by far the safest mode of payment

I just noticed your got your credit card charged recently

My credit card was charged on October 24th, July 8 application; NOC 3142
My file was returned last year due to cap full and this year it was returned again due to credit card payment fail ( nitro pdf glitch)
! My ECAS status changed today : In process '' we received your application for PR on July 8; No PER yet

Hello, got few question here. When ur credit card failed, did they emailed u the NER? Or u emailed them asking them about you application? Or they sent u back the package thats why u knw the credit card was the problem.

Update on my journey to Canada
Dear friends,
I have sent email attaching scanned copies of my medical examination and RPRF receipts to my Application Processing agent (from whom I got MR and RPRF instruction email from) and to CC'd the email to CPC-O.
I will also send it to the address listed below.

They attempted to charge on CC three times between June 12- June 24 and I received my file back on July 2nd with a letter saying we are returning your file as the payment did not go through! they also attached the copies of declined payment! No PER/NER was issued!
Though they asked me to attach the letter of returned application in my new application! I resent my file the next day and it reached CICon July 8th
