I didn't reach this phase yet, but from what I observed is that they need to stick visa counterfoil into passports from applicants who are not visa exempt. Therefore, only copies would suffice (since you don't need that).

If you have been refused any kind of visa, then answer Yes to both. If you have been refused only work permit, just answer Yes to the second question. It is advisable to provide letter of explanation and explain reason for refusal.

Ghost mail is an e-mail with the title that your profile has been updated, but when you open your profile you don't see any changes. It means that somebody opened and worked on your application. CEC Inland from Nov just received PPR? Wow, that's crazy fast! Fingers crossed! :)

That's exactly why number of requests increased exponentially

Just an observation, I ordered 2nd set of notes exactly one month after 1st set, and noticed that in one month they received 18530 requests.... That really is lots :o
