That's incorrect. CIC accepts both. I've been assessed under the same as AABH and got PPR. What matters is types of examinations which you can find on the bottom of your emedical sheet. As long as you have 501, 502, 707 and 712 tests that's all that matters.

Then maybe try to copy/paste it to Word? Or just highlight that section, click Right mouse button (on PC), and choose Print, just to print that section? If that doesn't work, I don't think there are really other options...
