I got this reply just day before yesterday when i asked them the same..."we are overloaded with files this time so we are unable to provide u the status of your file.IF anything needed u will be contacted by visa officer"!!!!

yeaH YESTERDAY i sent an email stating that it been more than 4 month since i have done my medicals but no passport request...hope they reply sooon with some positive response other than officer will contact u if needed ...lol

. Thanks for responding cvd and JOT.I think we are 12-13 people are on same boat who submitted their medicals in Early May.But didn't get any PPR so far.Normallly my all frndz got their PPR right after 2 months from the day of medical done but Lets see how long they will take to process our...

Any luck Cpp-Ottawa guys ? 8) Is there anyone on the forum(CPP-Ottawa) who got passport request or his ecase changed from medical received to in process or decision made? Earlier I heard they opened this office to ease down the process and to reduce the timeline but seems it doesnt serve any...

dont worry bkd,It takes times....in my case ecase updated after 1.5 months.Also this ecas system is retarded.Only one clerk is doing that and they got tons of file.So my understanding is give them some time so it gets updated.And hope processing is ON......

So finally they updated my ecas from file received to medical received though i was expecting status to be in process ;) Anyways Manu,whenever u get a chance please update my status on tracksheet....... Many Thanks ,God bless alll!!!!!!

same for me .I got both aor and medicals from ottawa office.

I am hoping to get ppr from ottawa as buffalo vo is closed and they are transfering all files to ottawa?So getting ppr from some other vo doesn't make sense now.Indeed this is new process,lets wait nd watch......
