Yosemite, don't worry about PCC too much, CIC will ask for it even if u don't send it for a while, you will receive AOR first, then u can send it Check April 2012 applicants-kammar didn't send PCC and yesterday he received AOR, have a wonderful trip :)

Even I thought it would take 4 weeks, I started tracking with the reference number and 4th day it was ready for pickup!!!! If I were you I would send both the PCCs together, Though you send FBI clearance still your application is missing document, I don't really see a point in sending FBI...

It is really your choice, finally at the end you need to send them both. Just an info for you: VFS is very fast, I applied last month end and got back my passport with PCC on 4th day, I was very much surprised!!!! BTW, I didn't mail it, I went to VFS and picked up my passport

Submit 10th and 12th with affidavit or 10th and 12th with cgi certificate of birth, all 3 is not required I would not recommend to submit that birth certificate with out name, I have seen those with just a hyphen/- in the place of name

I believe they should be able to attach your additional document/ corrections at any time that is why they say even in document checklist to inform them ASAP if your address/marital status...etc gets changed, so let's hope they will attach it, also write a simple letter explaining why you are...
