Regarding your raising the CSE and sending blank mail to the VO........ It does create a negative impact.... :o :o but again there is no problem.... It can only delay your processing time and that too a few days...... Nothing more than that.....you are out of all the problems now just chill...

There is no problem in sending your docs by yourself then..... It's ok..... but it would have been better if your representative had sent the docs......as it may delay your processing time and nothing more than that
