You can do in either way you feel comfortable..... You can either handwrite the particulars clearly or attach a separate sheet of paper typed in MS Word....... no issues.....be happy

You are taking a big time risk buddy......be very careful my suggestion is------ plan your trip after finishing all your formalities if you can do it within 6-10 months or so as you have sufficient time to receive your PR card..... Because in many cases they may check your travel history...
