No you don't have to. The clinic will send it to CIC for you. Your status will be updated within two weeks and it will show as medical received.

All, just got my AOR and med request today. 7/17/14. My application was received on 05/19/14 and credit card was charged on 6/18/14. so it took about 59 days. I tried to log in to check my app status on ECAS but didn't work. Maybe they haven't updated it yet or I might have done something...
