apparently once I got the PR visa and CoPR, I have to leave the country and do the landing procedure at the Canadian Border - Point of Entry. I guess the landing paperwork will be done there. Good thing CIC only took one week to return the passport.

Passport returned with Visa and CoPR today. 04-21-15. Passport was delivered to CIC on 04/13/15. Will land this weekend .
