PINOY FSW Post July 2011, MANILA Visa Office Applicants Here

Yes, bagal nga nila for majority ng applicants. Napag iwanan na ng ibang visa office. Noong simula lang at par with New Delhi, ngayon snailing its way na. Pero at least we saw movement. Sana ito na lang yung calm before the storm. Storm of MRs and PPRS that is.

I see. Sana 'wag maubusan MI3. Mas mabilis naman processing ng FSW compared sa family. Business at investors din mas matagal ang processing times. Hindi naman siguro aabutin ng 1 year. Let's wait and see and hope for the best. :)

Pakiramdam ko onti na lang naman ang mi1 at mi2 na pinoprocess pa. Hopefully mabilis lang nila matapos yung mga naiwan para maka-proceed na sa MI3.

A question that needs to be answered by experts!

There's a cumulative number of days of stay in Canada required for you to gain citizenship. Why apply if you have no intentions of staying.

One more thing, I think they punch holes in your docs before sending them back. A marker probably.

Hi. Ito yung sabi sa manual I downloaded from the CIC site pero ito ay para lang sa negative final determination of eligibility for processing (sa CIO pa lang na refuse na); " Any original documents you submitted with your application are being returned to you. IF ONLY PROCESSING FEE WAS...

Hi, amazing. Sorry to hear about the refusal letter. Maybe you can apply again come July, malapit na naman. I have lost my job how will this affect my PR application? Seniors please advise

If applying under FSW1, given the situation, you'd probably be called for an interview. They give credit based on your qualifications during the time the application was made, not after. Under FSW2 it would be different, not too sure about what your VO will decide on.

It's the opposite, not good for most of those caught in the backlog. They've been given Decision Made before medical clearance. CIC announced that they'll be refunding payments and applications made by the applicants affected. :o Re-apply na lang siguro sila, kaso dapat asa NOC listed...
