    Oh my gosh, you are totally on top of things. I am in same boat. My forms are outdated too i think. Even the police clearance is more than 3 months old. So, my wife went and re-did the police, and mailed to me this week. Now, reading your post, I should've asked her to just re-do some forms...

    They just need a more recent form or date. The info you had on was probably ok...they just re-clarify what people should put on form. I have a bad feeling mine is outdated as well. When did you sign that particular form? Or printed it?

    Ah, could you tell me what dates you put on the application form? I didn't realize all the forms had to be dated within a short period of submitting.

    Yes, good for one year. However, it must be obtained WITHIN 3 months of submitting application. Smeone pointed this out to me, so i checked the country specific instructions for Thailand...and clearly I missed the instructions. I just hope it's not a serious error where the package is sent...

    Hi guys, I am worried. Is there a requirement for the police clearance to be completed within 3 months of submitting the application? We actually did the clearance in july 2013, and were going to re-do it soon after reaching singapore office. We haven't got AOR yet...just mailed it recently...
