Are you sure? I didn't mention job offer in my application forms but still my Canadian working experience has to come from a permanent job? ... I just checked my ECAS again it turned Decision Made but there are still the same three lines since August ... now I'm worried that it might turn out...

I just received a ghost email from CIC around 9PM saying my app is updated. I checked several times and was quite sure not a word was changed on my profile details page. Then I went ECAS there are still 3 lines.

I could be wrong but ... CEC does not require permanent job placement, does it?

I submitted my application on the same day as you did. And I have same ECAS messages. I would say nothing to really worry about at this time. From what I've seen in the July AOR thread, CIC is currently working on early-mid July applicants so hopefully you'll see some update late Sep or early Oct.

So it seems that you have foreign working experience? I assume you're working in Canada so maybe Canadian working experience will give you enough points so that you don't even need to mention foreign working experience? I would believe set your fund to 0 would put you in the CEC stream anyway

now patience is what we need. CIC is aiming to finish processing in 6 months and 1-2 months has just past for most of us. I would say watch closely on the progress of May and June AOR applicants then we'll have better idea of when our time comes
