Since applicants after in June 2014 on this topic seem to get AIP within about 2 to 3 months, two months PR processing time for LCP is understandable. Some of them got AIP before OWP.

You just need to make timesheet based on your salary. It doesn't matter if the timesheet is your accurate schedule or not. If you stay in Canada when you work on the timesheet and you get signature from your employer, CIC officers accept it.

You don't have to have overtime. You just need to work over 3900 hours at least 22 months. If you started working on October 1st 2012 and gathered all documents you need, you can submit your application now.

I think over 24 months from October 1st, 2012 is after October 31st, 2014. How come you cannot wait until November? If your employer is　supportive, why don't you use option 2 (Over 3900 hours)?

What do you mean? If you worked for two years as full time or 3900 hours under LCP, you can apply for PR, right? And you need to have a valid LCP WP when you apply for PR.
