Thank you for the response! :) oh gosh two weeks is too long :/ i thought i could send my application 3rd or end of this month, i guess not, i will just tell the employer the documents that i need from them today :-X

If you have an account on CRA, you can print out.

http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/tx/ndvdls/tpcs/ncm-tx/ssmnt-eng.html

I called CRA already, they said it would take 8-10 days, yah two weeks, and isn't there one in the check list that employer would call CRA too to get the deduction and stuff, about the working hours and wage would the employer be the one to give you that? I would give them the check list later and cross the document that i would need, i will see from there, hope could pass application end of the month.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

-Record of wage and deductions is T4.
-Statement of earnings showing hours worked and deductions is payslips or make one and get signature from your employer.
-Record of employment (ROE). We have to ask our employer to print it out.

I prepared papers by myself and will get signature from my employer except ROE.

They gave me some but not every month, :/ lost track, maybe they could provide me a total of everything? That would be possible right? Would it come from their accountant? How would it look like? Is like 24 months wage in one/two piece of paper? Or a total of everything in one paper is enough? Thanks guys

Oh i thought ROe would be coming from previous employment? So it would be the ROE from my Hk employer before? I dont think current employer would give one?

If you don't have all payslips. You can make "Statement of earnings showing hours worked and deductions". I made it on one page. The two important things are getting signature from my employer and "Statement of earnings showing hours worked and deductions" and your T4 match.

I'm not sure about ROE because I'm still working and I have only one employer in Canada.

I made a table on excel. Like this

Month hourly wage Hours worked Monthly income Vacation pay .......
January 00.00 000 000000 0000
February 00.00 000 000000 0000
.
.
.
It shows earnings and deductions on monthly.

What do you mean? If you worked for two years as full time or 3900 hours under LCP, you can apply for PR, right?
And you need to have a valid LCP WP when you apply for PR.
