I think Brebu is right. If the bar code is generated with some grayed field blank, that means your form is validated and complete. You need not to manually write N/A in such fields. Earlier no such provision was provided and that's y the apps were returned. This time they improved the forms.

As per my understanding, they will consider your app as incomplete and return it back after finding incomplete doc during scrutiny of main app.

HI TKaur81, You need not to resend the app. Though, post 18th July they encourage applicants to fill new forms, but still the older forms will be acceptable till 14th Nov 2011. so, don;t worry. :)

I am not sure about your country. But in India, we have to attach following documents: - English Translation document with Notary stamp as true translation of original document - Affidavit by person who did the translation (stamped by Notary). This person can not be family member. - Notarized...
