you can apply under Tatkal. I don't think u need appointment for that and you will get within 3 days.

Hi Nish, If your BD is from India, then as per RBI rules, it is valid for 3 months only? but CIC demands for 6 months validity. How are you mitigating this risk? Regards

PCC is valid for 1 year. However, it is recommended that it should be less than 3 months old while submitting the application. Otherwise, if the processing of application took long time, during this time the PCC will be expired and applicant has to re-submit the PCC. Hope that answers the question.

If any of 'First Name' , 'Middle Name' or 'Last Name' is changed after marriage or due to some other reason in official documents, then you must write other name.

It's better to put a explanation in the cover letter for Reference Letter.
