Hey guys I've got GCMS notes today (I requested it on 24, March, 2015). Based on the result, my application haven't even started the background check :(. Really disappointed. Nothing except Medical: Passed. Everything else is "Not start". Frustrated.

Hard to say. I think it depends on how complicated your application is. Many facts that will make your application complicated. Ex: Where are you come from, do you have dependents or you are single applicants? If you have dependents, are they with you right now? Then how many countries you lived...

Probably. CIC process is still a mystic. If you haven't paid your RPRF, you might receive the request in May. I'm not sure. Keep checking your ECAS.

Currently, most of May, early June/2014 applicants receiving IP/DM and PPR. In your case I think you will receive something in the next 2,3 months. You can check here for June/2014 applicants...

Yes as _MK_ said. But I don't know if it will save your time or not. I paid it upfront and I'm still waiting in pain. The other thing I realize that if you can wait until you have RPRF request, you can see they are processing your application.

Don't worry, just take the medical examination from any doctors in their list and close to you/your husband. You don't have to be at the same place/same time.
