1=> nothing to worry about it. ECAS is always slow in updating. 2=> After you have your passport pasted with immigration visa (or CoPR if you are from exempt country), you will see expiry date in that visa (or the CoPR) and you have to do landing process before that day.

From many friends I knew, they waited at least 5 weeks. Some had to wait 2 months.

Otherwise, your status might changes to In process, or Decision Made, then you'll receive PPR via email. Then you sent your passport (and your dependants' passport as well). then you wait...

Hard to say when you will see your ECAS changing. Best way to know is go back to your doctor and ask if they've sent your result or not? From the spreadsheet, he got it after 7 days (from 14-May-2015 for DM and got it on 21-May-2015). But I think you don't have to worry, it will come, somebody got it same day, some got it the day after. I think we will get it this week.
