Did you e-mail them the medicals? or mailed them?
Did you have to send them an e-mail to confirm the receipt of those medicals, or they themselves e-mailed you that your application in in queue for final review?

Usually they send pre-arrival letter prior to decision being finalized. That's why I wondering, when did your parents receive that letter/e-mail after submitting those re-medicals?
DID they ask you for re-medicals prior to the decision being made? Please let me know as I am awaiting it too.

When did you apply for GCMS notes?
Based on officer notes, they will be asking for re-medicals this year, which currently NDVO applicants are receiving requests for this month. I am assuming you will too, within couple days.

There will be a remark/condition on your permit that will state something along the line "you must complete medical exam within 30days."
Despite the fact you are already approved, you are still required to do it
