Hey guys, My file was transferred to Ottawa in Jan 2012 and since then no news :( we applied TRV last year i think in March but got refused with same type of reasons like ties. etc. She has been teaching at school since 4 months now as a permanent employee. so is it ok to apply again for TRV...

My E case doesnt say medical received. although file was transferred to Ottawa. Did anyone of you experience same issue?

Lets see waiting for an answer just got 12 months completed in Jan.. waiting till mid of feb to shoot a letter and fax to Ottawa office for reminder.

Yea but there are different protestors for PRs. For Pakistan wife spousal is a different case. I think we should stick to our group.

I totally aggree with you because on website for Ottawa its 12 months timleline so they should not follow ISB timeline. we should should not discuss about 26./

What the hell Ottawa center is doing :@@@@@@@@@@@ atleast ISB center sent pass request early and people are coming within a year.... GUYS do you think we should send some mass emails to them??????? its really frustrating. its already over a year and I havent heard any single word from these...
