My experience was the same.the British council simply said that they will provide only one copy.however they can send electronic copies to any institution on my request. If anyone has a link that states that if ones ielts copy is submitted to cic the British council will issues us a second copy...

@rawdah ashifeeee. The declaration at the end of schedule A the applicant just signs .no need to write name in native language in addition???
