I have a question regarding the documents checklist. If i did not include my police clearance in the package, do i have to leave the checkbox blank? Put an X mark or write N/A?

I have some doubts about educational documents. My education is BSc in Electronic Engineering.

In the check list, "Submit an ECA report along with proof of the foreign educational credential(s) for which you are claiming points".

So, do i have to send original ECA report with all educational certificates i.e. 10th grade, College and B Sc (with transcript) ?

Only post-secondary certificates (degrees, diplomas, etc.) copies along with ORIGINAL ECA report.

Yes, for faster processing, you need to mention you WES Reference number on the envelope and also on a white sheet along with the documents preferably on a printed sheet. Don't worry I believe you will hear from WEC today itself. I heard that they answer the payment related queries very quickly. I as well got the response in less than 24 hours. And by the way dispatch your documents by UPS since you are in India. I heard UPS is better than DHL in many ways. I dispatched my documents from Bangalore and they reached Toronto in 3 days. All the best.

The OTP is only for the transactions authorized in India. This will not be a problem I suppose. Even I paid to WES using my HDFC card and the payment was successful. Only problem was that I did not get a confirmation page since WES did not implement the OPT API for Indian Credit Cards.

The bank might call you since there was a huge amount debited to you from a foreign vendor. You need to tell your bank that it is a legitimate transaction.

Hi All,

I'm about to complete the application form and making payment through credit card. Now the new rule in India, for all on-line transactions an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile no.

Now my concern is if I provide the card details in the fee payment form, will the transaction get executed successfully or requires any authorization to bypass this authentication process.

Please help

You can contact the vendor in India and ask them for a copy. Once you pay the fee they will send the copy to you via mail. If it is IDP then you can contact them at 1800-102-4544 from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. I am not sure about British Council. But there sure is an option to get a duplicate score card.

Section A:-

As it is to be filled by me and my spouse, so in that case do we have to interchange the position in line one ? Means, at first, i will write my name, name of my spouse, mother and father...so on. Then, later, My spouse fills it, write her name first, then mine in spouse, and so on.
If so, then how to cater the 'Relationship' column?

No need to get the second copy for IELTS, read this plz

Note: You are permitted to submit a copy of your language test results with a new application only if your original test results were submitted with a previous Federal Skilled Worker Program application that we did not return to you. If you provide a copy of your language test results, you must include a photocopy of the refusal letter you received from us and an explanation that CIC currently has your original language test results.

Send only last qualification i.e. Bachelors or Masters what ever you have.
