You should have evidence (test result) if you want to claim points from your wife's IELTS. Tick on Yes, if you can attach the test result

Hi Athena,

I'am not claiming points for her IELTS as she has not given it.
But marking No in check box won't that mean that she is not at all proficient ? Can we leave it blank.

The Additional Family information need to be filled by both the prinicipal applicant and the spouse . When spouse fills the Additional family information who should be the applicant in the form : Spouse or myself???

Going by Document checklist.

If I am principal applicant then even my spouse is working I need not sent her work experience document with application to CIC. Is this the fair assessment? Please guide me on this.

I have applied under 2131 last year but got rejected.
I even didn't get my package back. I even dont know the reason of rejection.
I dont have original Ielts marksheet, BC will take minimum one month to give other copy. What is my chance for 2131?
Also for experience letter, all job responsibility, salary, hrs worked is compulsory in to whom it may concern letter or the contract document with all these may help?

I am in INDIA and I have already couriered the application to my sisters address in CANADA.
My sister is going to send the application packet to CIC from CANADA on behalf of me. I am using my sisters details to claim points for adaptability but not using her as a representative.

Will there be any problem if my sister sends my application to CIC or do I need to send directly to CIC from INDIA? Please do reply if some one has already done this.

I think if the envelope has your details on top, it should not be a problem. You are not using a representative, you are just sending CIC post from Canada instead of India. Should not be a problem. Ashif bhai please advice if this is fine.

Spouse. It says "Applicant" not primary applicant.

Basically it will detail family (brother, sister, parents, etc.) information for you and spouse in TWO separate forms.

For IELTS result you can send a copy of the last one , it is clearly mentioned in the Guide 7000

Note: You are permitted to submit a copy of your language test results with a new application only if your original test results were submitted with a previous Federal Skilled Worker Program application that we did not return to you. If you provide a copy of your language test results, you must include a photocopy of the refusal letter you received from us and an explanation that CIC currently has your original language test results.

Question here: My sister is applying for PR. I am residing in Canada. She is gather all the docs but the biggest issue right now is showing funds. She will need 3-4 months to save the required funds. Is it too long of a time? I have funds in my bank that I can transfer to her account. Will that work? What is the best approach?

Don't send that copy of IDs. Only send passport copy.

Hi All,

I'm about to complete the application form and making payment through credit card. Now the new rule in India, for all on-line transactions an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile no.

Now my concern is if I provide the card details in the fee payment form, will the transaction get executed successfully or requires any authorization to bypass this authentication process.

Please help

with mail conversation, i came to know that they have send back whole package but the address in which they send was incomplete ,so i didnt received by package. i used consultant for this and i am sure due to consultant negligence i was rejected and even didnt get the package back
