please note that all university have different criteria regarding course's and major subject, though UofToronto and McGill are the best in Canada ~ (I'd personally prefer McGill)

ask Alberta to convert your application to Jan semester they do that, although getting in for Jan semester may be hard , they only need an email from you thats it (dnt have to pay fees again or docs again).who knows manybe you can get in for Jan? try Calgary it is a very good engineering...

ask the university you want to get admission in, sometimes they let you apply by the 7 marksheets you already have(the results of all the past semesters) and ask for the final result later on, get IELTS for better recommendation , and also get reference letters by professors\deans\chairman's etc.

by the way can I send all documents besides these two certificates(I will send the marksheets and other stuff related to matric and intermediate) and send these two later once I get them? and how long is the police certificate valid for ? Thanks
