It all depends, from fees you can afford OR the coldness you can tolerate =p OR the quality of education OR you overall scores. Please specify how much fees per semester you can afford and what is you IELTS score and overall Uni GPA. Regards.

my elder brother who went on student visa this Jan had no travel history. My cuzn who went last year has no travel history. I got the medical without any travel history(and hopefully the visa in the near future too) My 2 friends got there visa's this month without any travel history...

Well basically they do all the test the same day, in the end they send you to a different lab to get your X-ray done and thats it, your free.(atleast whathappened at IOM) then they send your results to India, then back to Islamabad(this all process takes atleast 1 week), then you get your Visa...
